Call sessions, the ask ladder and cleaner lead lists
Work a list of leads one call at a time, start with small asks, remove leads you do not want and find them by tag or project.
This is the largest update since launch. It has four parts, and each one is optional.
Call sessions
Tap Calls in the bar at the bottom of the app. Write a script, choose who it is for, and work down the list one person at a time.
- Who to call. Pick any mix of project, tag, stage, where the lead came from, leads you have never contacted and leads you have not spoken to for a while. Leave everything empty to call everyone who is open. A count shows how many people match before you start.
- People you pick by hand. Search a name or number and add it to the script. You can also open any lead and tap Add to a call list. These people are called first.
- Session size. A long list is split into rounds of 10 to 100 people, so you can stop and come back.
- Details that fill in themselves. The script can use the lead’s first name, your name, and for property agents the project name, location, price range, unit types and links. For a lead on a project, the call screen also shows the project’s prices and links.
- Snippets. Keep the pieces you reuse, such as an opening or an answer to “too expensive”, and drop them into any script.
- Five outcomes. After each call, tap what happened: no answer, call back later, interested, book a viewing or meeting, or not interested. Sunbear writes it into the lead’s history, sets the next follow-up and moves the stage forward when it should.
Sunbear does not dial, listen to or record anything. Your phone makes the call. The first time you open Calls, you confirm that you will only call people you are allowed to contact.
The ask ladder
People agree to a small ask more easily than a big one, and each yes makes the next one easier. The ask ladder gives every lead a short series of small asks, such as offering a few listings before suggesting a viewing, each with its message ready to send.
Tap They said yes and the lead moves to the next ask, the history is updated and a reminder is set for two days later. A yes also makes the lead warmer. Tap Not yet to stay on the same ask and be reminded in three days. You can rewrite every ask, and you can switch the whole ladder off in Me.
Delete a lead, or start again
Open a lead and tap Delete this lead to remove it and everything about it. In Me, Remove all my leads clears the list and keeps your account, messages and settings. It asks you to type RESET first, and offers a download of your leads. Both are immediate and cannot be undone, so they are not hidden away.
Finding leads
The search box on All leads now also finds tags, remarks and project names. An All tags list appears when you have more than twelve, and you can combine up to four tags to narrow a list.
Smaller changes
- A commission payout shows on Today three days before it is due.
- The commission calculator now has two linked fields, what your agency keeps and what you keep, which always add up to 100.
- Today now shows your progress through the day, this month against last month, and the three leads closest to closing. When nothing is going cold, the top card shows what you have won this month.
