Your first week with Sunbear, in five steps

Add a lead, open Today, send a message, log what happened and watch the list change. A short walk through the daily loop.

· 2 min read

Most of Sunbear comes down to one short loop that you repeat each day. Here it is in 33 seconds, drawn from the app’s screens with made-up names.

1. Add a lead

Tap the plus button. A first name and a phone number are enough. Sunbear sets tomorrow as the follow-up, so the lead cannot slip away on day one. If you already keep your leads in a spreadsheet, save it as a .csv file and import it. The app shows what it will skip before anything is saved.

2. Open Today

Today lists who is late, who is due now and who is going quiet, with the money at stake. This is the screen to open first each morning.

3. Tap to message

Tap the green button on a lead and WhatsApp opens with your message ready and their first name filled in. Save the texts you send again and again as templates, and they appear as chips on the lead.

4. Log what happened

After you speak to someone, write a short note, pick how warm they are and choose the next follow-up date. This takes about ten seconds and it is the step that makes tomorrow’s list useful.

5. Watch it move

Warm leads rise, finished tasks drop off, and the leads going cold stay in front of you. On a quiet day, the list is short. On a busy day, it is in the right order.

Where to go next

  • Property agents can add projects with unit types and send the details to a lead in one tap.
  • Insurance agents can add each client’s policies and see renewals 30 days ahead.
  • Everyone can try the ask ladder and Call sessions once the daily loop feels natural.

The first month is free and needs no card.
